Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Wholesale Terms & Conditions for 3rd Generation Artisan Foods, the wholesale brand of Craft Kitchen & Catering LLC. These terms govern wholesale purchases made by approved retail partners and are intended to establish clear expectations regarding ordering, payment, fulfillment, resale, and related business practices.

To become an approved wholesale partner, retailers must complete and submit our Retail Partner Application for review. Upon approval, a minimum opening order of $500 is required. Wholesale pricing is based on current pricing at the time of order and is subject to change. Available payment terms and payment methods will be established during account approval.

Wholesale orders are fulfilled based on product availability and current production schedules. Estimated fulfillment and delivery timing will be communicated at the time an order is confirmed. Shipping, delivery, and any applicable handling charges are the responsibility of the retail partner unless otherwise agreed in writing. Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Retail partners should inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt. Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items should be reported to 3rd Generation Artisan Foods as soon as reasonably possible, along with photographs or other supporting information when applicable. Returns require prior authorization and may be subject to restrictions due to the nature of our food products. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, credit, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

Retail partners are responsible for maintaining all licenses, resale certificates, permits, and tax documentation required to purchase and resell our products in their jurisdiction. Products must be stored, handled, displayed, and sold in a manner that protects product quality, food safety, packaging integrity, and the reputation of 3rd Generation Artisan Foods. Our trademarks, logos, product images, and other branded materials may not be altered or used in a misleading manner without prior authorization.

Products must be handled and stored according to the guidelines provided by Craft Kitchen & Catering LLC. This includes maintaining the integrity of our artisan foods to ensure quality and safety. Resale requirements stipulate that all branding and intellectual property rights are respected, with no alterations to packaging or labeling permitted. Unauthorized use of our branding is strictly prohibited.
